docs(rfc): add rfc structure

Summary

Establish RFC structure for design documents and separate implementation plans.

Changes

RFC Structure

• Create rfc/ directory for design documents
• Move player-api and store/queue-design to RFCs
• Add RFC process documentation (rfc/README.md)
• Add status headers to RFC files (draft/implemented)
• Document RFC PR workflow ([RFC] title, rfc/* branch, docs(rfc): merge commit)

Implementation Plans

• Add .claude/plans/README.md with compaction guidelines
• Compact completed plans (reactive, bindings, queue-simplification)

Documentation Updates

• Update README.md to link to RFCs instead of old architecture doc
• Add RFC section to CONTRIBUTING.md
• Add Design Documents section to CLAUDE.md
• Delete outdated docs/ARCHITECTURE.md

Commit Scope Cleanup

• Add rfc scope
• Remove archived scopes: demo, example, examples, example/*, skins
