• A customer can search for a city location and then see all available schemes.
• Within a specific scheme, the customer can see all of the available lands, check the availability filters by facility (water, electricity, roads, sewerage), and sort the lands by price.
• A customer can request to become a partner for the land, and after admin approval, can become a partner.
• A customer can browse the land and add any plot to his cart; after making payment, he can purchase that plot.
• The administrator has complete authority over the user, scheme, land, plots, transactions, and cart.
