Set DEFAULT_AUTO_FIELD to AutoField

Starting with 3.2 new projects are generated with DEFAULT_AUTO_FIELD set to BigAutoField. To avoid unwanted migrations in the future, either explicitly set DEFAULT_AUTO_FIELD to AutoField
