Issue 4: Plotting combined concentration of all the genes of single antimicrobial class at different time points. Include all the farms where that specific class of antimicrobial was used. Here we plot the treatment group data of farms.

Visualisation of AMR data: Option-2: For each farm we list class of antimicrobials used and not used in that farm. And then check the trend for both the categories of the antimicrobials for each farm. Repeat it for all farms
