Windows Prerequisites

Installation of this product is supported on the following operation systems and versions:

Windows Server 2012 x64
Windows Server 2008 x64 R2
Windows Server 2008 x64
Windows Server 2008 x86 R2
Windows Server 2008 x86
Windows Server 2003 x64
Windows Server 2003 x86

.Net Framework 4.5.2 is needed till Release v4.1.1
.Net Framework 4.8 is needed onwords from Release v4.2.0

Avaya Prerequisites

The following Avaya software packages must be Configured for the connector to work

Avaya Aura Communication Manager 5.2 x or Better
Avaya Aura Enablement Services V 5.2 or Better
