Fixes #21144

Problem

The documentation stated:

These are browsers that were released at least 2.5 years ago.

This wording is confusing because:

  • ❌ It focuses on browser release dates rather than feature availability
  • ❌ "At least 2.5 years ago" is ambiguous (could imply older browsers are preferred)
  • ❌ Doesn't clearly explain what "Baseline Widely Available" means

Solution

Rephrase to focus on feature maturity instead of browser age:

This means it only uses features which have been available across browsers for at least 2.5 years.

-These are browsers that were released at least 2.5 years ago.
+This means it only uses features which have been available across browsers for at least 2.5 years.

Why This is Clearer

Focuses on features (what developers care about), not browser versions
Aligns with Baseline Widely Available definition (features with broad, established support)
Removes ambiguity - "available for 2.5 years" is clear vs "released 2.5 years ago"

Impact

  • Developers better understand Vite's browser compatibility guarantees
  • Matches the actual meaning of Baseline Widely Available
  • Reduces confusion when evaluating Vite for projects with specific browser requirements

Credit to @leonardt for identifying this confusing wording.

Fixes vitejs#21144

## Problem
The documentation stated:
"These are browsers that were released at least 2.5 years ago."

This wording is confusing because:
- It focuses on browser release dates rather than feature availability
- "At least 2.5 years ago" is ambiguous (could mean older browsers)
- Doesn't clearly explain what "Baseline Widely Available" means

## Solution
Rephrase to focus on feature availability:
"This means it only uses features which have been available across
browsers for at least 2.5 years."

This clarifies that:
- Vite uses features that have 2.5+ years of browser support
- The focus is on feature maturity, not browser age
- Aligns with the Baseline Widely Available definition

## Impact
- Clearer understanding of Vite's browser support strategy
- Matches the intent of Baseline Widely Available (features with
  broad, established support)
- Reduces confusion for developers evaluating Vite's compatibility

Guide says "at least 2.5 years ago" but means "at most 2.5 years ago"
