Add a delete button

there might be a few ways to do this. I think I might just hack into logging messages somehow

I think the basic design of this will be:

• user presses delete
• instead of deleting immediately, a log message will pop with an " Are you sure you want to delete ?"
• if you close, it just goes away
• if you hit the artifact is deleted AND the message is closed

Changed the name because in 2.0 I forgot to add a delete button to the WebUI (haha!)
