Changes from NMaier targets:

1. Interface/assembly isolation of major dependency pack’s, e.g. SQLite, log4net, ffmpeg
2. SQLite possibly replaced with key-value store.

Tested Mono (4.0.1) sdlna.exe, Centos7 by default blocks incoming connections and broadcasts.

Road-map:

1. Directory filtering, mounting points
2. Web GUI for configuration
