Enables subseed interpolation on Diffusers backend, through a currently headless script.

Caution: DPM SDE sampler does not reproduce seeds

Future work:

Enable uploading of arbitrary seed latents
Explore interpolation of a seed latent with a finished generation or photograph on an arbitrary number of channels to promote similar composition
