RockyFor3D QGIS-Plugin (RF3D)

About

This is a QGIS-Plugin for the RockyFor3D (RF3D) rockfall simulation software. The Plugin facilitates the export of correctly formatted raster files (.asc) with the correct naming schema and format dependencies of RF3D. Furthermore it helps importing the simulation raster files in very effective manner, by recursevely imorting all simulation files that are located in one parent directory.

Installation

1. Download this github repo as .zip file
2. unzip it
3. place the folder under following path
   • Mac OS: /Users/YOUR_USERNAME/Library/Application Support/QGIS/QGIS3/profiles/default/python/plugins
   • Windows: C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\QGIS\QGIS3\profiles\default\python\plugins
   • Linux: /home/YOUR_USERNAME/.local/share/QGIS/QGIS3/profiles/default/python/plugins
4. reload all plugins with the plugin manager in QGIS (might need a restart)
