Description

CI fails due to new pyparsing package version. Additionally, a customkinfraglib notebook throws a timeout with python 3.9.

Todos

  • Fix issue pyparsing support discontinued for py3.8 #80 by pinning pyparsing version
  • Fix timeout error in custom notebook 2.2: reduced PCA dimensions, sampled random subset of fragment library for tSNE plot
  • added full tSNE plots to notebook 2.3 instead

Status

  • Ready to go
