If errors, in particular related to the ImportBookmarksGUI are thrown, you can try the released version v1.0.4
Install AddOn by downloading the pleco.to.anki.v1.1.0.ankiaddon file and double-clicking it, or through AnkiWeb using the code 427686509.
Install AddOn, export bookmarks from Pleco, import the bookmarks to the Anki collection through this AddOn.
