Since the module only supports non-EOL OSes as of voxpupuli#454 and voxpupuli#452, we don't need the on_supported_os logic in this test anymore.
* Remove commented debugging code. * Add some spacing for readability. * Use standard puppet code style. * Use systemctl instead of legacy service command.
