telegraf 1.33 started to warn about skip_processors_after_aggregators.
This is not an option to set in the current config. So I added an option to have arbitrary agent config options to add it and make it possible to add more in the future.
I can also add the option to the agent config. But I think it's also useful to have the option to set arbitrary config options for the future.
I've not made an issue before this pull request.
