Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the navigation header by replacing an empty "SDKs" dropdown menu with a direct link to the VRC Metrics site to improve discoverability of the metrics tool.
- Removed empty SDKs menu that provided no functionality

This change replaces the empty "SDKs" menu with a link to the VRC Metrics site, which some have complained is hard to find:
Available SDKs are already prominently displayed in the sidebar:
