Python/TKinter app to visualize and flag reduced GROND data for QA

Usage: python grond_dataviewer.py PATH

Walks PATH for the standard GROND data filename format Plots the data in a Tk frame with basic buttons and QA flags This info is stored in a sqlite3 database for later review.
