Updated Sanity Pack to 1.16, both Server and Client.

Optifine must be installed manually. This version of the pack requires Optifine for MC 1.16.4 which can be downloaded at https://optifine.net/downloads

Minecraft Version 1.15

Since the Twitch launcher has decided that it doesn't like Fabric, and Forge has not been updated past 1.13, I recommend opening this zip file with MultiMC.
