Full Run 2 combine measurement of Higgs differential cross sections (1D)

In the documentation, Higgs differential cross section measurements's instructions are described with command lines. Measurements are done with CMSSW_10_2_13 which is the latest recommended release for Higgs combine tool. In the next pages instructions on the set-up and analysis steps are described.
