Version 2.0

This version is a major rewrite of the oscillator. The code was reorganized and simplified. Major changes are listed below.

• Wavetables are simplified. Each wavetable has now 61 positions. No upper wavetable.
• Wavetables can be swept with mirroring (folding) of the wavetable index.
• Three wavetable modes are available, with various degree of interpolation.
• The envelope was extended - now supports AD and ASR modes.
• Wavetable 31 was added - fixes errors in wavetable 26.
• Phase distortion is renamed to skew, but it works the same way.
