This is the second release based on OpenCore 0.8.8

• 0.8.8 was missing VirtualSMC I/O plugins for the system, thanks @Nick-IV for the fix
• 0.8.8-2 was missing a .contentVisibility file in the EFI/BOOT directory possibly causing the fallback BOOT.EFI or "EFI Boot" from the currently running OpenCore's EFI system partition to (likely unexpectedly) present at the OpenCore picker
