Release v0.2.2 - Win 10 Hotfix

Change-log

• Fixed path for Windows 10 installer, now it should use the path according to Steinberg VST3 Guidelines(C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3)
• Created special build with static linkage for those who're having issues opening the plugin

If you're having issues running the PeakEater on Windows 10, try alternative installer or VST3 file that uses static linking.
