Crown Node Manager v0.1.0 initial beta release

This is the first release of the Crown Node Manager (forked from https://github.com/Mirobit/bitcoin-node-manager).

At this stage it is more of a monitoring than managing tool since the peer un/banning functionality is not available in the current (v0.13.4) Crown codebase. After the forthcoming codebase update (hopefully early in 2020) this functionality will be easy to enable.

Apart from some Crownifications the only significant change from Bitcoin Node Manager is the upgrade to Font Awesome v5. This was required to get a crown icon (the closest available to the actual Crown logo). The version number was reset to 0.1.0 since this is the first release of essentially a new tool and there is unlikely to be much crossover between the two projects going forwards.
