Items that were filtered out could not be manually added via typing prior to this change.
A bug caused connections to be hidden from all dropdowns. This makes them only show up in the dropdowns for terminal blocks.
This prevents wsl items from showing up in the remote section of the dropdown if they've been manually configured.
