Build failed due to CSS stylelint.

Running make stylelint throws an error that the command is not available in my terminal in my docker dir.

Try resolving these three lines in the content.scss file and try make stylelint again. It has the line and char numbers below:

158:5 * Unexpected whitespace at end of line
160:9 * Unexpected empty line before rule

when pulling b460a02 on feature/policy-numbering
