As we discussed in this issue I have added a note in contributing guide explaining how to make yarn usable on a windows machine.

It's a good temporal solution until someone of react-native-paper or us find what is happening with yarn.

Likewise, I would leave the issue that we have created open in case someone also tries to solve it, I don't know what do you think guys @iM-GeeKy
