Motivation

This pull request aims to do the following

  • Update the project dependencies to use the latest stable versions.
  • Updates the example app to use Expo 51 and migrates from the deprecated @expo/webpack-config to the recommended expo-router.
  • Removed unused files in the example app.
  • Updated all snacks examples to use Expo 51.
  • Updated CI/CD to deploy example static build to s3.
