[Bug]: Collection Page URL filtering not showing exact matches

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

When setting the initial view page in a collection, often when I type the exact page I want it isn't shown. I would expect the first URL suggestion to match what I type if it is available (and allow me to exit the field if the URL is valid)

Reproduction instructions

1. Search for the start URL in a large collection with many pages (Vice crawl on dev used as an example)
2. Note that it likely doesn't show the URL you typed
