Hey guys, we developed a ros2 version of
rostakfor our darpa triage challenge team. We've tested it and seems to be working for us so far so we wanted to commit it back to you. I would not actually merge this into the main branch, but rather create some new ros2 branch that we can merge this in to, but I do not have the permissions to do that.
