Hey guys, we developed a ros2 version of rostak for our darpa triage challenge team. We've tested it and seems to be working for us so far so we wanted to commit it back to you. I would not actually merge this into the main branch, but rather create some new ros2 branch that we can merge this in to, but I do not have the permissions to do that.
