This release contains the final neuro-flight controller synthesized by GymFC used in Wil Koch's thesis. This model was synthesized specifically for the NF1 quadcopter for 2,502,144 time steps in GymFC. Performance for any other quadcopter is unknown.
You can directly flash the firmware image neuroflight_3.3.3_MATEKF722.hex using the Betaflight configurator to the MATEKF7 flight controller or build from source placing the Tensorflow checkpoint files in a directory and following the compilation instructions here. A patched version of Tensorflow can be found here required for compilation.
Known Issues:
- Tight setpoint tracking causes the motors to get extremely hot. Do not operate for an extended period of time.
