What this is: A repeatable weekly check-in to tune Lēsa's performance, catch drift, and evolve capabilities.
Why it exists: Without periodic calibration, agents drift - memory degrades, principles get forgotten, patterns emerge that aren't captured. This is preventive maintenance.
How to use:
# Weekly (or as needed):
1. Open WEEKLY-CALIBRATION.md
2. Go through each section with Lēsa
3. Capture notes in a dated file: notes/YYYY-MM-DD.md
4. Make adjustments to SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, or system config
5. Commit changesSections:
- Memory Check - Can Lēsa recall key events? Are memory files current?
- Performance Review - What's working? What's not?
- SOUL.md Alignment - Are thinking principles being applied?
- System Health - Memory system, plugins, config all healthy?
- Observations & Evolution - Patterns noticed, proposals for changes
- Tuning & Adjustments - What needs to change based on above?
- Next Week Focus - Specific goals/areas to improve
Philosophy:
This process itself should evolve. After 4-6 weeks, review what's useful vs busywork and update accordingly.
