add new files to mkdocs.yml

Add the following docs to mkdocs.yml and mkdocs-ja.yml as build targets:

• ascon_8h.md
• kdf_8h.md
• ocsp_8h.md
• sha3_8h.md
• group__SrtpKdf.md

The missing files in the Japanese version will be provided by wolfSSL/wolfssl#9371.
It has been verified that the build will succeed even if the new file does not exist.
