This pull request re-enables and updates hotfix logic for Fire Mage and Affliction Warlock specializations by restoring necessary imports and, for Fire Mage, re-applying a previously reverted spell damage bonus. The changes ensure that the hotfix system is active and that recent balance changes are correctly reflected in the simulation.
