Previous implementations of the TOTP authenticator redirected users to an error page if they haven't enrolled in TOTP. From this release onwards, users will be redirected to the Enter TOTP page. Additionally the Enter TOTP page has been updated with a message that mentions the user needs to enroll in TOTP in order to authenticate.
