Purpose

• Add improvements to API share page

Description

• Show warning when no organizations are selected to share the API with
• Add support for sharing API with no subscription policies for organizations
  • If the subscription validation is disabled all the shared organizations will have subscription validation disabled
  • If the subscription validation is enabled root organization's subscription policies will be set to the organizations with no subscription policies
