Changing the Property name in order to map to the configurations

Purpose

Address to the Issue #APIM-1004

Goals

The cipherTransformation method need to changed from the user for that this mapping is need to be properly handled as the other parameters

Approach

This will affect when we create a docker image from the Integration Studio for MI and in there we have the support to build the cipher tool inside of the docker image. When we try to configure the cipherTransformation method that will remain same in the docker image that we have got from the Integration studio even-though we have configured all the properties that required.

User stories

We will be able to configure the secrectRepository.file.algorithem from outside.
