Code Cleanup

A lot of the source code has been reorganized to make it clearer and more structured. The game itself hasn't changed.

Main menu update

This release adds a main menu to the game. From the menu you can play the game, retrieve explanation about the game and get info about it. It now also possible to select the usage of multiple decks.
