我把optifine cit修改了一下，并且自己绘制了infonity_bow的发光材质 |

相当于完成了一部分的 #104 |

我不知道怎么把寰宇支配之剑做两层layer分别有_e材质。。。所以目前就把layer_1当发光层了 |

就这样吧，测试没问题的话就可以merge了 |
