We acquired data from 19 patient with a single ventricle by measuring with a 4F conductance catheter (CD Leycom). In this repository we show the results for one patient.

The conductance catheter simultaneously acqiures pressure and volume in the ventricle. Volume is measured by the conductance of the blood. The resulting measurement can be plotted as PV loop, where the volume is on the x-axis and the pressure on the y-axis. Following figure shows the measurement of 8 heart beats for one patient (6 years):

The signal was filtered with a low pass filter (f = 25Hz).

You can find the Python script for plotting the data in the folder "1_measurement".
