To run the model for the paper "Evaluating spatially adaptive guidelines for the treatment of gonorrhea to reduce the incidence of gonococcal infection and increase the effective lifespan of antibiotics" published in PLOS Computational Bioloy, please follow these steps:

1. Clone this repository in Visual Studio and run "RunAPACE".
2. Click on "Connect ..." button and select the Excel file "Spatial Gono (2021-08-23) - v17" under the folder "APACElib/Models". Click on Open button.
3. Select "Spatial Gonorrhea" from the "Select a pre-coded model" menu.
4. Click on Run.
