A follow-up to #89, hopefully this implements #87 in an acceptable way. Everything seems to work as one would expect for text in my testing, and it copies the same theming between Bible reading, devotionals, and songs. The only place it's not the preexisting dark settings style that I couldn't change is the download pages because those are an external webpage that would need their own media queries.
