…xists for 32-bit compatibility. Since S4 is incompatible with 32-bit systems, this warning is irrelevant.
…p functions. Added 1NRT Initialize, Delete, and Loop functions.
Added offset 0x70 to P to put it in line with x-axis and rev api.
Modified all p offsets to be correct offsets.
Renamed "atkid" to "playerstate" to be more accurate to its actual function.
Ran cout tests to make sure the new code is functional at all levels.
Cleaned up the naming conventions on a few functions to be more accurate or shorter.
A little bit of commented out code for testing purposes.

Updated the "Naruto Storm 4 Modding API by Zealot Tormunds" message to include the "Thank you for playing" message.

Temporarily commented out matchup functionality due to linker errors.
