This PR brings the DataStorm demos from zeroc-ice/datastorm to ice-demos.
There are just a few minor updates to the source code, for things that are now in Ice namespace like using Ice::CtrlCHandler instead of DataStorm::CtrlCHandler. Or using Ice::ByteSeq instead of
std::vector<unsinged char>.The DataStorm/stock demos build is currently disable because it relies in using classes by Value which are not currently working in the 3.8 branch.
