通过试验观察苹果不同部位的微观细胞结构,并对各部位或各果实个体的理化性质进行测定,发现苹果果实不同部位的理化数值存在明显差别。具体为果实中部含水较多、理化数值更接近于水;而果核部位含水较少,接近于脱水后组织或纤维,二者比例可通过后续试验进行研究。在苹果的多层次模型中,可通过试验数据简单分割为四层次。
