follow up on #21909 which missed the
@TypecasesThis is a slight breaking change in that it makes everything conform to the
align_tyconstant. Some stuff was usingu32.align_tyis currentlyu29, however it should be noted that that hasn't been a limitation of LLVM since LLVM 14.0, so we should consider raising it tou32.
