Extensible Release.

This release is much more extensible than the last and includes documentation. Not all testing has been implemented yet with this release due to how fickle incapsula is about which pages they block.

Initial working release.

In light of an upcoming release which has much more extensibility, I have created this release in case something is horribly broken.
