A lando- and docksal-aware drush wrapper. I put it in ~/bin and ensure that ~/bin is in my $PATH (before normal drush's location, obviously).

Also now includes dall, a wrapper for dall.sh, which calls "drush" for all sites/subsites in a multisite Drupal installation.
