I've converted the code to be used with the cc65 toolset with a proper Makefile instead of a batch file. I've also included the Perl script I use to convert labels into the formats that FCEUX and Mesen need.

Additionally, the attached ROMs include an updated header for the credits screen that I forgot to include before.

I've added the PAL note table. No other changes.
