Fixes: #1767

This PR could be considered as a starting point for the feature allowing users to personalize zowe installation by filtering via tags.

Currently the docs which contain the tag Desktop are only shown. Rest all the other doc files not matching the tags content gets hidden and a message "No matched doc found" is shown. But these docs are still present in the sidebar layout. So only the content of the doc gets hidden not the complete doc file.

For now a Desktop tag is hard coded to test. This needs to be made dynamic as per user's input from a menu.

Frontmatter containing the related tags needs to be added in the beginning of every doc in a following manner:

---
tags:
  - Zowe
  - Desktop
---

The tags can be shown in similar way:
