Additional ports used in Caching Service (infinispan mode) - keyExchange port updated

In case the storage mode in the Caching Service is infinispan, then the Cashing Service will require two more ports. One to form Infinispan claster and another one to secure key exchange.
This PR is almost identical to #3586 with exception to keyExchange port number and variable name.
