Here the code to create my personal docker for rstudio is stored.
To run it type something like:
docker run --rm -d -p 127.0.0.1:8787:8787 -v C:\Users\zaran:/home/rstudio -e DISABLE_AUTH=true zrngiulia/docker_rstudio
